and any coaching programs, content, courses, communications, and services 
offered through AlignWELL — a coaching program operated by Make. Do Good. 
LLC ("the company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in any 
of our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please 
do not use our Services.

USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance 
with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates applicable laws
• Share, copy, or distribute our content, programs, or materials without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on alignwellwithsteph.com — including text, graphics, logos, 
images, audio, video, coaching materials, frameworks, methodologies, and 
program structures — is the property of Make. Do Good. LLC and is 
protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access 
and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may 
not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any of our materials 
without written permission.

APPLICATIONS AND ENROLLMENT

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment in AlignWELL. 
We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants based on fit, 
capacity, and program criteria.

If you are accepted and enroll, you will sign a separate Coaching 
Agreement that outlines the specific terms of your program, including 
payment terms, refund policy, and program expectations.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment terms, payment plans, and refund policies for the AlignWELL 
program are outlined in your Coaching Agreement, which you receive 
before enrollment. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms 
specified in that agreement.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no 
warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, 
or results of using our Services. Individual results vary based on 
implementation, effort, health status, and individual circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make. Do Good. LLC, AlignWELL, 
and Stephanie Jeong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, 
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 
our Services or your participation in any program. Our total liability 
for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific 
Service giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, 
without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be 
resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our 
Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
